The Floral POS was founded in 2008. Using experience from working in the floral industry, we created a program that filled the gaps that others left wide open. We don’t pretend to be perfect by any means, but we are giving it our all to make sure this program makes our Florists happy.The Floral POS is family-owned and operated right here in Akron, NY. Other companies may offer similar programs, but our program is the best, and each install comes with a personal touch.
Timothy Bell, Founder & Developer
Tim is the Founder and Developer of The Floral POS. He has an extensive background in Information Technology, which gave him the opportunity to connect with the floral industry. Tim has worked with and been exposed to the current Floral POS systems on the market and noticed a big gap between what the florists wanted and what was available to them.Tim has been married for 25 years and has 3 beautiful children.
Katrina Bell, Owner & Admin
Katrina is the Owner and Admin for The Floral POS. She has Administrative background, working for various companies before adventuring out to work for The Floral POS. She brings hard work and detail to The Floral POS Family, plus she is married to Tim, what could be better? (You think Tim is writing this? lol)Katrina has been married for 25 years and has 3 beautiful children.
Joey Croft, Technical Sales / Support
Joey is part of our IT Support Team. He has years of experience in the IT World. And is excited to help our florists any way he can. He is currently finishing up his degree in IT Networking & Programming.Joey has been married since August of 2015. Zachary Bell, Software Developer
Zachary joined The Floral POS in July of 2016. While serving in the Air Force, he will be mentored by Timothy Bell. He will be taking over the bug fixes and small programming tasks so that our Main Developer can focus on Adding more content into the software. Welcome aboard son, I look forward to working with you.
Jake Hayes, Technical Sales / Support
Jake joined The Floral POS in July of 2023. He will focus on Supporting our Current and Future Florists. He will also be working with Tim and Joey on the Sales side. His passion is IT Support and Sales. He can’t wait to help our Florists out. Welcome to the Team Jake!
