Founded in 2008 in Akron, NY, The Floral POS was built from real flower shop experience to solve the problems other systems left behind. As a family-owned company, we focus on giving florists powerful tools, reliable support, and a POS system designed specifically for the way flower shops operate.
We’re not perfect—but we work hard every day to keep florists happy, successful, and in control of their business. Every installation still comes with the same personal touch that started it all.

Timothy Bell Founder & Lead Developer
Tim is the Founder and Lead Developer of The Floral POS. With a strong background in IT and years of hands-on experience working alongside florists, he recognized a major gap between the software available to flower shops and what they truly needed to run their businesses efficiently.
Determined to solve that problem, Tim built The Floral POS from the ground up—creating a powerful, florist-focused system designed to simplify operations, improve efficiency, and give independent flower shops more control over their business.
Outside of work, Tim has been happily married for 28 years and is the proud father of three wonderful children.

Katrina Bell Owner & Operations
Katrina helps lead operations and administration for The Floral POS. With years of experience supporting and organizing growing businesses, she brings strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her dedication to service, teamwork, and high standards plays an important role in supporting both the team and the florists who rely on The Floral POS every day.
Katrina has been happily married to Tim for 28 years and they are proud parents of three wonderful children.

Joey Croft Technical Support / Sales Manager

Joey is the Technical Support and Sales Manager at The Floral POS. With years of hands-on experience in the technology field, he enjoys helping florists solve problems, learn new tools, and get the most out of their POS system.
Joey holds a degree in IT Networking & Programming and is passionate about using his technical expertise to support florists and continually improve the customer experience.

Joey has been married since August 2015 and is a proud father to his son Liam and step-dad to his “Little Man,” Kayden.

Zachary Bell Developer, Technical Support & Sales
Zachary joined The Floral POS in July 2016 and has grown into a key part of the team. While serving in the United States Air Force, he has continued developing his technical skills while contributing to the platform’s ongoing improvements.
Zach works across development, technical support, and sales—helping fix issues, assist florists, and contribute to new features that continue to expand The Floral POS.

Jake Hayes Technical Support & Sales
Jake joined The Floral POS team in July 2023 and works closely with both current and future florists. He assists with technical support, helps guide new shops through the onboarding process, and partners with Tim and Joey on the sales side.
Jake has a strong passion for IT support and enjoys helping florists succeed by making sure they get the most out of The Floral POS.

Alisha Herald Technical Sales
Alisha joined The Floral POS in January 2023 and works with florists who are exploring the platform. She brings years of sales experience and a strong customer-first mindset, helping shops understand how The Floral POS can support their business.
Alisha enjoys building relationships with florists and guiding them through the process of joining the growing Floral POS community.
Alisha is married and the proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Josie and Penelope.
