Timothy Bell Founder & Developer
Tim is the Founder and Developer of The Floral POS. With an extensive IT background and hands-on exposure to floral retail, he saw a gap between what florists needed and what software provided—and set out to close it.
Tim has been married for 28 years and has 3 beautiful children.
Katrina Bell Owner & Admin
Katrina leads operations and administration. With years of experience supporting growing businesses, she brings detail, heart, and high standards to The Floral POS family. (And yes—she’s married to Tim. Best partnership ever!)

Joey Croft Technical Sales / Support
Joey is part of our IT Support Team with years of experience in the tech world. He’s excited to help florists any way he can and is finishing his degree in IT Networking & Programming.

Zachary Bell Software Developer
Zachary joined The Floral POS in July 2016. While serving in the Air Force, he’s been mentored by Timothy Bell. He tackles bug fixes and focused programming tasks so our main development can keep shipping bigger features.
Jake Hayes Technical Sales / Support
Jake joined The Floral POS in July 2023. He supports current and future florists and partners with Tim and Joey on the sales side. His passion: IT support and helping shops succeed. Welcome aboard, Jake!
