Tri-Fold Enclosure Card on top, Work Ticket on the bottom left, and Delivery Ticket on the bottom right.
FTD Mercury X Paper
Invoice on top, Delivery Slip in the middle, and Enclosure Card on the bottom.
Eagle Paper
Work Ticket on the upper left, Delivery Slip on the lower left, and Tri-Fold Enclosure Card on the right.
FAS Paper
Work Ticket on the left side, Delivery Slip on the lower right, and Tri-Fold Enclosure Card on the right.
